We have been a regular customer here for a few years now. When it first opened, food was very nice at reasonable prices and this place had better values compared to the other thai restaurant across the street. Now every time we go there we feel the food is not as good as before.
We often order FRUIT fried rice and there was NO FRUIT in it last couple times. A couple of years back the dish was astounding with lots of cashew, pineapple, raisin, seasonal vegetables with gourmet unique thai flavour. Now there's NONE of them. When I ordered it again last week, it was Peanut instead of cashew, no pineapple, no flavour that came in the dish. Very disappointing. The rice also comes in a half pineapple skin, which is supposed to give extra thai flavour, but now the skin has no flavour and didn't look fresh at all.
Also other dishes lack some main ingredients we pay extra money for each dish. The ingredients are changing... not as in the menu.
We will not go back there.. we'd rather pay a little more for a better decent food in other thai places.

Went there for dim-sum.
The lady server didn't say a word except indifferent nodding to confirm how many we are. She kept totally silent the whole time until we asked her about the dishes we didn't get after more than 30 mins of waiting.
We ordered 7 dishes and got the first two relatively quickly. But we noticed the servers delivered the food to the table next to us both times and got them back to us.
We strongly believe the waitress entered our table wrong with the order.
Both the waitress and manager dropped by us twice; first to ask if we are ready to order, second to ask if we are finished, at both times we were STILL waiting for the other 4 dishes out of 6.
We had to grab them again to confirm our order ourselves and waited 10 more minutes to get the rest of the food.
Both waitress and manager did not say a word of apology or similar sort of, except a lame excuse for why it takes so long for them to prepare for the food.
Had to call them twice to replace tea.
Had to ask them twice for the bill.
I understand that with that many people in the middle of the peak lunch time, the service can get a little slower. We experienced that all the time.
The food was ok. But the way they dealt with their mistakes, their indifferent, uncaring attitude is what made me so upset.
We are a long-time regular customer at Richmond's bo kong. It's so different there.
I wouldn't go back to this one again.
