We love this place

Sure the decor is less than desired, and they don't fill up your water as fast as you would like, but for an all you can eat buffet for a reasonable price, I don't know what people are whining about. It's a buffet people. To get the service that most people are so wanting you are either going to a high high end buffet, or a sit down, which would be in a much higher bracket.

Everytime we go there the place is packed, people are smiling, the food is hot and being changed out frequently for fresh food, and we leave overly stuffed with out paying too much for it.

I say go for it, put asside everything else and treat it for what it is, a smorgas board. Eat until your buttons explode, fill up on butter chicken, and ignore the warning about the tandori chicken it is very good. Not only that but their bottled sauces and chutneys are divine if you want to take some home. I've had Indian all over this city and I always come back here for the pur convenience of it. It's close to me, the food is tasty, it's right across from the theatre so I can have dinner and a movie, and it won't break the bank.

It's all good to me

We have been here quite a few times, in the beginning we were blown away, but after a while it somewhat loses its magic. The menu is very small, and while this works great in some restaurants here it can get a bit repetive. Though the food is often solid, the portion sizes are incredibly small, and we feel not fairly reflective in the prices. A lot of the meals come with very little and the side dishes add up by the time you throw them on to make a "complete meal". The fact that alcohol is not served does not bother us too much, but our friends on wanting a night out often want a glass of wine to accompany dinner. The decor is very nice and the restaurant always clean. The past couple times we have gone have been very uncomfortable as the restaurant has been virtually empty except for us, which makes it a little more difficult for an "intimate get together." Overall the service was good, not having salt on the table I found a little strange, and did not feel very comfortable asking for any, though some of the meals needed it, after I too had heard the owner/chef's?? speel to other customers about not needing salt. Overall the food is alright, but for the price I am paying I would rather go somewhere more highscale, or cook at home to obtain the same results. If you have never had morrocan before it is neat to try the tastes and spices of another culture, I give it that, but after being about 4 times we will not be returning, choosing instead to stick with better prepared meals at fairer prices at other local restaurants.
