Based upon the several recommendations of our friends, we tried this resturant last Friday night. Joining us were my in-laws who were celebrating their 41st anniversary. Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by the host who indeed look liked David Susuki and escorted us to our table. Once seated,he mentioned that the entree special features of week was Buffalo Saltimbocca and the Crab Ravioli which is prepared by their 5 Star Chef-Dominique.
My husband decided to go for the Saltimboca and for me the Seafood Canneloni.
The in-laws went for the Seafood Ciopinno and the Grilled Chicken Pesto.
Prior to our entrees, we went for the Antipasto and the Prawns Romaneques
The overall presentation, taste, and quality of the meals were simply outstanding. Nothing we would have expected for a Tricity dining establishment. It is more reminiscent of the expensive restaurants in Vancouver.
For our desert, we were recommended to try the Chocolate Fondue which was delicous.
The service was professional and attentive, our wine glasses were refilled at the appropriate time.
The decor and ambience of the place is amazing. The mood lighting and music background just made a perfect combination.
It was a perfect night for us. It sure made an impression on my in-laws who are very hard to please to say the least.
Thanks for a lovely evening. We will be back.
