I have lived downtown for 10 years and most of that time has been within a stones throw of PHAT deli.... I went in for the first time yesterday and overall did not have a pleasant experience. The lady behind the counter was beyond rude and seemed to snicker at me when I asked if they had any soup/sandwich combos! A small sandwich and a can of pop came to $11-$12 ! If i wanted to add a side of fries/salad or soup my meal would have been almost $20!!! I would not recommend this place, but to each there own I suppose.
