What a treat to find such beautifully executed Persian Cuisine, in a back alley off West 15th St. Lonsdale Ave. abounds with excellent choices in almost every food type, and Cultural style. What impressed me most was after finishing a deluxe Gyro type sandwich the chef offered to make another one fresh and wanted to share it at no extra cost. I waited and sipped tea while he prepared the kebab and he also had me try the rice from the bottom of the pot which usually would be used instead of the pita bread along side the fresh rice. Khyam is an excellent find! Off now to pick up a take home order and if the chicken kebabs are as excellent as the ground beef then we are in for a double treat!! Thanks!!
