I don't know what Myles is talking about. The people at this place are hardworking and fun! He's obviously never worked in the restaurant business... As an insider I know that all Earls employees go through 2 extensive interviews then 20 hours of training before their first day of real work. Give the girls a break - they are working hard doing a job that not many could do and look great while doing it. Besides, male servers stick to the restaurant and have always been wonderful as well. I think this Earls does a great job of balancing both a fun, hip, club-themed lounge and an upscale casual dining atmosphere in the same location. Plus, their wine list rocks and is really affordable - and they offer great drink specials every night of the week. If you want to have fine dining and $300 bottles of wines, go to Lumiere.
Otherwise, this is the best Earls by far that I've ever been to.

I am extremely disappointed by this place as it looks promising due to good location and a good looking interior. However, the food was very poor and it was obvious the kitchen had tried to cut costs everywhere, making it poor quality food! When I said my club sandwich was mostly bread, I could here the male owner telling the very polite young woman who served us to tell them to "f*** off!" I have never been so shocked at such a horribly run place or by the owner's bad behavior! I thought that perhaps I had heard wrong, or that they'd been talking about something else, but the owner/manager would not speak to me, nor would they fix my meal, instead I overheard him say "Tell her Denny's is just up the street and tell her to get the h*** out of here." The server was great, but I'd been there previously when the service had been very poor. I am shocked at how the owners of this restaurant could treat both their staff and customers so poorly and get away with it. I would NEVER GO BACK.
