This was the worst restaurant experience I have EVER had. I got there at 6 o'clock... we walk in, everyone ignores us. Finally some guys says "table?" Well buddy, what do you think? Yes I am here to eat and I would like to sit... Fine give us a dirty table with cutlery for two when there is five of us. So after being completely ignored for forty minutes, without someone even asking us for our drink order, I leave the table and get our server and ask if we could order. She takes our order and comes back forgetting half the drinks, whatever, we don't care at that point, we just want to eat. Our food comes out, but she forgets my friends meal entirely. So my friend has no food and no drink. My friend says to our server that she needs her food... our server just forgot to write it down. So we finish, put our napkins on our plate to clearly show we are done, even start stacking the plates to show we would like them gone and our bill. NOTHING. We walk to the bar to get our bill because we didn't intend on waiting another forty minutes for our bill.
A synopsis of the experience: dirty restaurant, terrible atmosphere, terrible service and the food was bad too. Don't waste your time. I would recommend Honjin on lower Lonsdale, in fact I recommend anything other than this hole.
