My go to late night place

Its not a place you should expect much out of. i have been going there for about 2 years now. Service is good always quick to seat you and quick to take orders they dont keep you waiting. Food is always brought out quickly. Food is good always hits the spot not too greasy of a stock like i have found at other vietnamiese restaurants. always a good portion of meat/s in bowl. the smoothies and milk coffee iced or uniced is amazingly good. not a fan of the spring rolls. but soups and vermicilli bowls always make up for it.
Bonus that there open 24/7 and at a good price what more could you ask for. our typical bill for two people including tax is just under 15 dollars. leaving our wallets not empty but our stomachs full and happy!

I brought my boyfriend here for dinner one night we ordered the seafood tower to start us off i had the miso sablefish and he ordered the chef's creation that day. the service was exquisite, our server was very outgoing and personable made us feel like were there everynight. he suggested i try the miso sablefish the very item i had my eye one and it was well worth the suggestion. the sable fish just melts like butter in your mouth and the seasoning was perfect not overdone. everything was presented well beyond expectations. it is on the pricey side but well worth it for quality and service.

another thing i quite enjoyed was the hired piano player during the dinner service.

The Best of the Best!

Being an avid sushi goer i have tried many places eat in and take out. As i recently moved back into this nieghborhood i was looking for a good quick pick up place, this is not it. I called in to order 1 chicken teriaki and one of there roll combs they told me the wait time would be 40 min until pick up. i arrived 45 min later expecting it to be ready. only to find myself waiting there an additional 20 minutes for them to make the rolls. Let alone there was no attempt to apoligize for the wait if i hadnt already paid them, i got home teriaki cold, worst quality of sushi i have ever had.

Stay away not worth your money effort and time. You best place for good sushi in this area Kiku sushi across the street beside the london drugs, or sushi garden across from metrotown on kingsway.
