The food at this restraunt was horrible the fried vegtable and the rice we ordered included greasy vegetabes which on first bite you knew they were frozen and only costs $12 (are you kidding me).

The fish was not ok, we also ordered the beef to avoid fish which tasted like nothing more than a plain meat in sauce on a plate .

I have never been so disapointed at a restraunt before especially paying a good price for the meal.
Service was your typical oriental japanese
I would not even think of wasting your money to eat here

The food was so-so and a little over-priced I admit because while the starter was boring and the salad just so normal the main was tasty and rich. However, they had very gorgeous staff here and to boot the customers were also very hot. Wow. They sure knew how to get me to come back. I tipped extra because in my opinion places like these are trying hard to earn my business. I also think drinking at this location makes sense because of the cool vibe. Will be back. They just need to present better food for the price (keep the ladies tho).

I went to this restuarant with my girlfriend last summer, the service was terrible. The manager/owner was yelling at someone, and when i complained about waiting so long for our food, he told us that we could leave or wait. The food was hardly anything special. It was overdone burger with no taste. There were little kids screaming and making it sound like daycare. Why do people think we want to hear their little terrors? We will never go there again, and wouldn't be surprised if it closed soon.

Waitresses - the good and the bad
Submitted Friday, October 29, 2010 - 6:12pm [Dine in]

Cactus Club in Richmond is a very nice little spot, a cozy and intimate atmosphere that has lots of space and friendly and efficient service in those hot waitresses. The food is very tasty and they're extremely generous in the taste and presentation departments. The ladies are gorgeous and especially the blonde one is a real winner. However they have a habit of chatting among themselves. Sure, I am jealous, shouldn't they be chatting with me instead with each other while sitting at the bar? The prices are a little too high, but I would still go. What am I saying? Definitely looking forward to a return visit.
