Burnt Thai pad sauce
Submitted Tuesday, September 17, 2013 - 12:42am [Dine in]

Dined In. The food was good except for the prawn pad Thai. It had a burnt taste to it which made it impossible to eat. We told our server (the owner) of the burnt flavour and the extreme bitterness and she kindly replaced it.

Prawn pad Thai #2 was just as bad as the first! Burnt flavour and so bitter we could not eat it. We brought it to the owners attention once again but she insisted that is how it is.

My family and I have eaten there many many times and prawns pad thai is always On our list of items we order. We are familiar with this dish and fully know this items sauce, or frying pan it was prepared in, was burnt and burned.

We gave it back uneaten but we were still charged half price as we were told it was not there mistake.

REALLY ! burnt food is the customers mistake???

Our dining experience was average. I cannot give high ratings for service as we were seated at a table without napkins and eventually had to ask for them.

The food was mediocre at best. Tasteless and poorly made. The alfredo sauce was bland and the sauce for the veal was an oily mess of rue gone wrong. As for the mashed potatoes... can I get more potato with my garlic please??? Too much garlic!!

For the pricing of the menu there are many other restaurants that offer more flavorful food prepared by Chef's. Will not be returning.
