(1.4) (1) (1.5) (1) (2)this restaurant was terribly dissapointing.it has gone down hill since it has been taken over.The food quality and appearance was totally unedible not worthy of comsumption?Extremly slow the waitress felt really bad but had no authorization to do any thing about it.Due to new polices we were made to wait untill the new manager arrived where upon he wanted to charge us for food that we did not eat which we did not.We paid for our drinks and left hungry after three hours of our time and were not compensated for in any way?We will never go back.
i have been dinning at this restaurant for over fifteen years.I had lunch last tuesday and was thourally disapointed?They served me the wrong wine?and when replaced by the correct one,it was brought back in the same glass?yet i could still not distinguish the difference?So i asked for a clean glass and the corect wine out of a fresh bottle?whic they complied.When the food came it was obviosly not of the same quality and not quite edible?how ever they did not validat how we felt in any way?It would take alot to get me back?
