We just finished our evening at the Heritage House Pizza Co. and wanted to write a review so others that are wondering what it's like might get some insight. You can reserve a table early in the evening (they will explain that when you call) and we're glad we did because we have two small kids and we wouldn't have wanted to wait outside. Also, the wait time for the food is a little long when you order pizza and the kids needed to eat earlier than later. It's not a restaurant we would take the kids to again because there weren't small portions for them, but they were happy eating our pizza so it worked out well. We loved the atmosphere! It was dark, warm and inviting with fantastic mood lighting. We also liked the volume of the music for an intimate dinner (perhaps a little loud for a larger table). We only ordered pizza because that was what we came for. It was definitely different than any other pizza we've had and it was very tasty. We don't like gobs of toppings and the pizzas had just enough of everything so the flavours blended very well. Overall, it was a great treat to have a quality meal with very fresh ingredients and we'd go back again to try some of the other dishes. We wouldn't take the kids again (it's not worth spending that much money when they like peanut butter sandwiches as much as anything else!!) and we might think twice with a large group (the restaurant is very small). We had a table of eight and the reservation came in handy, but we wouldn't want to eat that early when it's grown-ups only. We would recommend giving the restaurant a try especially when you're tired of the same old thing around town. It was very fresh, very clean, had a great feel and the food really did taste great.
