On a recent outing with family and friends we dropped in to Rustys Neighbourhood Pub. The service was friendly and helpful. Unfortuneately that is where the complements end. My husband and I both ordered Club House sandwiches. We asked the waitress specifically if they used fresh turkey, not cold cuts and she said she would check with the kitchen. She reported back they used chicken but it was not processed cold cuts. Well suprise suprise when we got our sandwiches it was processed chicken cold cuts. I had ordered mine with a side salad and it was small and rather disapointing as well. We sent it back and asked for burgers as now we were pressed for time and the rest of our party was eating their dinners. We got the burgers quickly but they tasted like they used those cheap frozen patties so it was definately nothing special. In any pub I have had a meal in when you order fries you get nice home cut ones, well here we got thin, overdone and dry fries. While my husband was paying the bill the staff behind the bar were complaining about how the taxes and drinking laws are hurting the Pub business. Well the food you are serving is certainly not helping your business as we will never come back.

It was our first time at this restaurant and it was our last. The spagetti was overcooked and broken in little pieces. The sauce was no better than commercial sauce in a jar. One of our dinner party members had the calimari appitizer. I could smell the fishy smell from across the table. I really hate to pay for food that I could prepare better at home. Won't go back or recommend it.
