Bit of a Problem
Submitted Wednesday, August 4, 2010 - 12:56am [Dine in]

Well let see- I use yummyweb...no call back for 25 mins....I call and they haven't even checked for yummyweb orders.....They tell me 30-45 mins (always acceptible) but then call me back 45 min later to ask about wing flavors, when I ask how long this time he says 10 min. WELL 25 MIN LATER THE DELIVERY SHOWS UP. And just as I pay(always a tip for driver) they call and tell me one of the dishes was not included in the delivery..oh we're sorry. The food was lukewarm (I had to reheat it) and not to their standards. I noticed the name change and wonder about the quality change.

Hard to order

The first time I ordered from this restaurant I was welcomed with a recording that was... well like your voicemail, I was eventually called back. It took a bit to get the order right and being with friends there were additional calls for more food (a get together of old friends)..no more than two calls. The customer rep became surly. Feeling guilty we called back after receiveing good food an told the voicemail so. The next night ( a Friday ) my guests wanted much of the same, being happy with the previous nights food, unfortunately the voice mail refused to respond even after repeated attempts(6 I believe).

Domino's Pizza777 Denman Street, Vancouver
most expensive pizza I've ever bought

Well, getting home late I decided to have pizza... you know what it's like... so instead of calling my favorite places. I try a corporate chain pizza place, the above. Well the service was great but the pizza when it came was so devoid of toppings it was a shock... when you order a "feast " pizza don't you expect a feast... I think the 14 inch pizza might weigh a pound in total and I can see crust between every topping. I've never been able to finish 1/2 a medium pizza from anywhere else... but the whole pizza is gone and I think I still feel hungry....
