I have yet to find coffee this good around Seattle. I have been a barista, love to drink coffee, but would not call myself a connoisseur. La Cuisson makes coffee a form of art. Spend 3 minutes listening to Jason talk about his coffee and you want to try everything on his menu, which he generously provided samples of when I inquired. His passion and knowledge is inspiring, I learn more every time I'm able to make the trip up. The syphon coffee is unreal but now espresso doesn't do it for me anymore. The fresh, simple bakes goods compliment the coffee yet it stays the main attraction. Treat yourself to an adventure!
