I have been going to La Piola about twice a month for the last year. The food has always been great and the service excellent. The last two times my boyfriend and I had dinner we noticed our favorite waiter wasn't working because he is one of the reasons we keep coming back. Our new server, on our last visit was very rude, inattentive and seemed to be generally uninterested in taking care of us. But what was the most OFFENSIVE thing that I have ever experienced came as we were leaving... The service was not good and my tip reflected that. As we got outside, I watched the waitress check the tip on the table then made eye contact through the window and shook her head in disgust at us!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!

If you don't give great service, don't expect a great tip. Toatally unexceptable.

We are unsure if we will be back... The menu hasn't changed in a year and the service has gone down hill very quickly.
