I was hesitant to go to this place because of the strange name but I was pleasantly surprised! Everyone has their own preference in their soup bases so I like the fact that you have a choice with the fattyness of the soup broth. I don't like things too oily while I know people who like it more fatty. Their mini chashu don is really tasty. I really like their Miso Ramen and Shoyu Ramen. Prices are reasonable and because there isn't a line-up out the door you get served right away. I much prefer this place over Menya or Benkei by Cambie.

I went here for the first time with my sister and mother. There was a wait to get in as we went during the peak of lunch but things moved quickly. The servers were quite friendly for a chinese owned restaurant. They were were quite attentive. We had two different subs along with some pho and spring rolls. The pho was average, the spring rolls were great, but the subs were exceptional! The bread was very tasty that we couldn't help but purchase some extra to take home with us. The Vietnamese subs/sandwiches seem to be quite popular with this place so I would definitely like to try more the next time I go by. It is a very casual place with not only the old but young enjoying the food here. It was great bang for the buck!
