Decided to try this place out after hearing what a negative experience a friend had. And I almost wish I didn't!! Went on a friday night, so naturally it would be a bit busy. Luckily we got there before dinner rush I guess.
Ambiance looked confusing. It look as if you combined a lounge and burger shack together. Worse, they only had one rest room. Which looked poorly maintained. You would think that a restaurant this "busy" would have more than one?
The service was soo slow, even just waiting for our water took forever. Waiting for a refill took even longer!! You would think that the servers would know the #1 rule in serving is never let the glass be empty. It's as if the owners just hired young servers still in high school to fit their restaurants "young" and "trendy" appearance.
Luckily the food wasn't that bad. The fries were cold, but they weren't great anyways so didn't miss out on much there. Also, condiments such as ketchup are an extra 25c. Seriously? Had I known I would've brought ketchup packets from McD,
Would I go back here? Definitely not. For the price we paid we could get something ALOT better at Rockford which isn't too far from there.
