while looking for a nearby sushi place from my cousin's house, me and my cousin came across a gorgeous japanese restaurant last night. this place is hidden at the corner of Mary hill and Wilson ave but you can easily find asahi between donaire store and seveneleven. we were seated right after we got into the restaurant and served very nicely. the place was really cozy and i liked a vibe in the store. there were some tables and rooms designated for the group of people and sushi bar for people dining alone. we went there with empty stomach so we ordered lots- spicy tuna roll, kamikaze roll, hamburger roll, some nigiri sushi and korean style bbq. most of the food we ordered were fairly good and what i really enjoyed was kamikaze roll. i don't know what's inside but it was like a combination of prawns, yam fries and special sauce. anyway i don't live around poco but i would definitely visit here again if there's any chance!! the relaxed ambience of this place and kind service will satisfy you so i highly recommend you to go there sometime this week for dinner or maybe lunch!!! <3
