maybe they more relaxed or not up to snuff
even though i think cactus is overrated, most locations like broadway etc are pretty decent in overall service
this one lacks some warmth and the staff is always into their own business or conversation it seems
food is tastes more like pub food in this location than others
i live in richmond, but i'll drive out to vancouver with friends to go out and dine at broadway if need be

i went to the other location in Kits for my first time, so this doesn't really compare
food seems a bit more skimpy portioned but still good.
Easily gets full since the place is so small, but felt comfortable with my date there.
Since its so close to the beach, really convenient.
We always get the dinner for two sampler so i cant say much on other items but the servers at either location are usually polite, but I like them here more

I've been here a couple of times over the years now for the summer and their patio. I think they have one of the largest and unknown patio in town. They served us all you can eat menu even outside!! The food came fresh and fast and nothing was missed.
My buddies and me thought it was a really good deal to be able to spend 11 dollars for lunch and have great seating and food in this area. We didn't get the menu with unlimited sashimi, but for only 3 dollars more we will next time. The service was great and we were even greeted by the chefs on the way out.
Definitely come back and try their nite menus
