We will never eat at this ABC Restaurant again. It was my Grandma's birthday and she chose the location. We had a reservation for 6pm for 8 people. We were on time and our table was waiting. Our server took way too long to take our order. Although, she seemed to be doing her best and was pleasant enough, she was on her own with a busy large section. We sat down at 6pm and our food started arriving at 7:15pm!! This was after my husband went and spoke to the gentleman, presumed to be the manager. Later, I went to speak to him at 7pm and asked if he was the manager, he was actually the owner. Four of the 8 meals were brought out at 7:15 and the remainder a few minutes later. Three of us had requested gravy on the side. Only one came with it on the side. My turkey dinner was smothered in gravy and was the only hot item on the plate. My son's pasta meal looked like it had sat under heat lamps for a while. Although, our server offered complimentary desserts for the looong wait, it still did not make up for the inefficient, unsatisfactory service! Only a couple of our party had a dessert. The ice cream, I was told, tasted more like ice. The line up at the till to pay for the cheque was at least 10 deep! The cashier asked how everything was and I said, very unenthusiastically, 'it was ok'. She didn't probe for more information but instead asked me what my plans were for the rest of the weekend. The owner has some serious work to do here. I recommend first that he have more staff working the tables and the kitchen.

DISLIKE Kostas Greek restaurant!!
The owner was so RUDE! She came to our table after I presented an Entertainment coupon, to tell me, rudely, that "you created the problem" (didn't even know there was a problem) when we ordered the specials ($15.95) and presented an Entertainment coupon for a $12 discount. She said she'd have to charge me the regular price for each meal ($18.95). She brought back a new bill with the 2 meals @ $18.95 each. So they made an extra $6 and lost 2 customers for life.
The food was very average. Greasy and swimming in oil. Greek salad + 1 olive each. The chicken was pretty good.
The plastic table covers were greasy. The restaurant really needs a scrubbing.
My adult son and I will never be back and I'll pass my experience with this owner to all my social media friends. As I arrange company parties...I will definitely not bring our business to this restaurant. The owner will never be able to measure how much she has lost be treating a customer like she did. You get - what you give, lady.

I have taken out from Sushi 1.99 to Go many times. In the past, it has been fresh and good value. The last two visits the sushimi is room temperature and today my tuna was 'off' and removed it from my son's box before he ate it. The salmon was room temperature.
As I wanted to be fair to the owner/operator/cooks, I called to let them know my concerns. They told me that the fish is fine, they keep it in the fridge and that I should consume the sushi right away. My phone call to the restaurant was 15 minutes after I purchased my food. I had consumed it right away. The reaction from the owner was disappointing. With complete disregard for my comments and concern, I will not return to this restaurant.
