(1) (1) (1) (1)I phoned the Libra Room to make a reservation and happened to know the owner's first name and asked if he was available and they said "yes". I asked to speak with him and they put the phoned down and at this point I have been waiting for sixteen minutes and counting. I can hear everything in the background. How rude!
