Received a wrong order, than attempted to be scammed.

I came into this location just after 7:00pm tonight and ordered a chicken sandwich and requested a Caesar upgrade. Order came out wrong, with fries instead, was not in a rush so waited for correct order.
I later noticed that the total bill seemed unusually high, I later approached the front counter to verify the cost of the salad upgrade. I handed over my debit receipt, was told only tax was added and was assured multiple times that it was correct.
I felt I was likely being scammed, so I demanded the original bill. A short time later the front counter attendant returned (without it) acknowledging that it was in fact $1.75, not $4.25. She only gave me $2 back (I was overcharged $2.50+tax). I again demanded to see the bill. She finally came back with it, this time relenting and crediting me.
Twice my server did not check over what I ordered. Will not do business again.

I asked my server about ordering 3 eggs, bacon and toast and was recommended by her to order one of the combos. The one she indicated had only two eggs and included hash-browns. I asked her if I could get three eggs and leave out the hash, after leaving the table briefly to ask about this I presume, she came back and accepted my order.
My food later came (with hash) which I didn't eat. I questioned my server about why there was still potato as I asked for it not be part of my order, her remark was "I just decided to give you them anyway." Well, that has to be the most arrogant thing I have ever heard from a server.
The real problem is her trying to scam me at the end by trying to charge me for a extra egg as well as the hash (was supposed to have been a substitution) which I never ordered and particularly did not want, and that she openly admitted to just "giving" me anyway. Scary. After insisting this should not be on the bill, the server relented and removed the extra charge.
The food (the portion that I did order) was reasonable in taste and quality, but I certainly cannot recommend this place given today's experience.

Visited this location around 2:00pm on May 6th. I ordered a small hot chocolate, sat down and did some research on my laptop. Got up to ask for the bathroom key and was told it was for customers only. I explained I just bought a hot chocolate and had been sitting there in plain site for 45min or so.
After using the restroom, the same employee chased me to the door calling me a liar, that I was not a customer. I then got the attention of the girl who took my order who then had a talk with her to tell her otherwise.
What business acts this way to its customers?

Loser Host Refused Me a Table in a 1/3 Full Restaurant

Arrived hungry around 7:30pm on 11/Jan/2014, being a party of one, I was refused to be seated but for the bar, (next to drunks watching sports), or to sit in front of a tall counter with the wall a foot away from my face.
I asked this if I could wait for another party to leave their table but was flat-out denied. Two other rooms with many seats available, but the host would not let me sit at any of them??? The first time I've ever had to walk out from being refused a comfortable place to eat.
Hapa Izakaya: Why are you hiring hosts like this that treat single guests as unworthy to seat???
I have eaten at this location a few times and could not believe that this would happen.
