My girlfriend recently discovered this place with her sister and they loved it so she took me to this place. The flavor is very well done as you can add as much or little flavor as you want. The dishes can be piled up with your favorite ingredients; from chicken, pork, beef, or lamb, and vegetables. The waitress then brings the plate to you when it is done being cooked with a bowl of rice and some soup. I thought the place was clean and the service was delightful. Have a great day at King Mongolian Grill.

This place is a goldrush! I have never eaten such good food at a great price! I am going back with a few of my friends to get a nice dinner with some drinks. I have only been here for the lunch menu and that was excellent! The server was nice and was very speedy. I used to pass the place all the time, but never payed any attention to it because at a glance it looks like a adult shop (due to the name and design). Other than that you step in and get immediate attention and when you sit you get excellent service.

I used to go here with my girlfriend everyday for lunch when I was working in North Burnaby. I have since moved and have not been here for a while but it is an excellent place, and the lady that serves (I think she owns to place) is extremely friendly. She got to know us and knew what we wanted. The service was fast and the food was cheap priced. I will go back soon now as I am getting hungry thinking about this place! :)

I recently ate lunch here and the food was decent, its a fast food restaraunt so what would you expect. But, what bothered me was the service. The service super slow, it took half an hour to get 2 burgers and 2 fries with only one order ahead of me. The young woman that took my order did not greet me and she could not tell the difference between a credit card and debit as I waited for her to let me sign the reciept for my credit card payment.

It doesn't stop there, the woman before me got her food and sat at her table only to give back a burger, which she did not order, only to have that burger given to me! I did not want to wait another half an hour for them to make me another burger so I took it.

If your in this area, I recommend to take another 5 minute drive and save you the grief.

My girlfriend and I were craving some Japanese food, being half Japanese I wanted decent quality Japanese food, and I am not very picky when it comes to that. Unfortunately we stumbled across this restaruant while we were going for a nice walk down the street. There were several Japanese restaurants, but this one seemed enticing.

The decor and cleanliness were tolerable, and the pictures of the food looked yummy. Too bad the taste was less than tolerable. We ordered take out only to come home with orders missing. Since we were only missing one thing we did not bother walking back.

The sushi rolls were o.k, although small and higher priced than other sushi places, usually 25 cents more per roll. The rice was not Japanese styled and seemed overcooked, also the Don Katsu was overcooked and the pork pieces were thin and scarce. What disguted us the most was the agedashi tofu, the sauce for it tasted rancid and the tofu itself was dry and spongy. The tofu was $5.75 compared to $3.50 in other restaruants that we have been to.

We will never return to this place ever again and will not recommend it to anyone else, instead we will warn people to stay away from here if they want high quality Japanese food.
