The best Italian
Submitted Saturday, January 23, 2010 - 8:53pm [Dine in]

My husband I like to try out different Italians and we decided to take-out from this place this time because the review was good.
well, we are so glad that we tried. Make a long story short, this place is the best of all Italian places we have been to in terms of the taste, and value. My husband ordered ravioli in meat source and I ordered Linguine in seafood cream source(I don't remember the name). For my husband dish the portion of ravioli was incredible and was soaked in lots of tomato source and lots of cheese on top. My linguine was also soaked in a great amount of cream source with lots of sea food like Mussels, clams and Prawns.

We aren't so sure about the service because we didn't stay in though we were warmly welcomed when we went in and the attendant was very friendly.
She was very prompt yet very polite.

This place I think is for "greedy" people who want both value and quality.
We would like to eat-in next time for our special occasions.

A new great place to dine in

We, a couple, finally had a chance to try out this place tonight and our experience there was just fantastic! It was to celebrate our anniversary and we wanted something nice and different. When we came out from the place, we are so full and happy knowing that we made the right choice!

It's a all you can eat hot pot place offering japanese sukiyaki and shabushabu. while owned by Chinese people, the taste of sukiyaki, which we tried tonight, was the closest to well, just like the kind eaten in a Japanese family compare to other type of so-called Japanese food which is far from its actual dishes.

As they are there brand new, we came out feeling it's definitely worth supporting them as the owners seems quite sincere and friendly.
And of course, food was great!

It worth stopping by.

not bad place

I go there quite often because i live just a couple of blocks away from the place. I find the place quite good in both value and taste. After they changed the waitress, the service is much better as she smiles and greets nicely to customers. Sushi pieces are very big, no i would say huge. It's almost like you are getting 2 pieces value of Nigiri sushi for the price of 1. they aren't fresh? yes I think they have decent quality of sushis for their prices.
However, i would recommend people to try at least 3 times even if your first experience ins't so good. As being a royal (yeah.. i guess) customer there, I should mention that every time I go there the taste of rice and fish are a little different each time. their fish is sometimes waterly; they might've failed during the defrost process? donno, but other times they are very yummm.. It's probably the best if they can be more stable in good ways but it's a small business and over all, they are providing the best deal in every way.
