What has happened to Cameron Road Anducchis the past year?
Submitted Monday, August 17, 2009 - 10:22am [Dine in]

We have always gone to Anducchis. for at least five years.Taken family members there from out of town etc,,,,not anymore!
The last year we have not been so often.
First we sat through the renovating process while we ate which is still ongoing. The ugly cheap grey mortar on the walls that can snag your clothing was that worth it?The atmosphere now,,are you kidding me?
The staff has always been fantastic why would you change that?
Now the staff has changed ..by the way the new manager not impressed, they are non caring,,short skirts, young, just a complete change.Nothing wrong with young... just not good waitresses.
Where is Tessa,,one of the best waitresses we ever came across?
Are you trying to be Trendy?Well you missed the Loop all around.
The food items have changed ,,smaller portions,,the list goes on.
We live close by and went often,,now we think twice before going which i not too often anymore,
For all the effort you put into it this year we simply wonder why .Why did you change something that worked so well beforehand?

Tooks On Cook1031 Cook Street, Victoria
A wonderful bakery and restaurant
Submitted Thursday, November 6, 2008 - 2:29pm [Dine in]

Situated near corner of Cook and Fort Streets. A fine selection of muffins, tarts and other sweets, and exceptional lunch entrees including pastas, salads and quiches - and much more.
Coffee is delicious, with several types of varieties.
Everything baked on site, consistently delicious, and portion sizes are more than ample for the average adult.
Quite sizable dining area (there is always a place to sit), and there is enough space between tables that it isn't a chore to get in and out. Moreover, the wide space between tables makes it easy for wheelchair access.
Bathroom was squeaky clean.
They have a basket of daily newspapers etc in the dining room for perusal while dining.
In all, a wonderful little eating place on Cook Street. Simply yet tastefully decorated with really good food. The service is very good -all are lovely young ladies that are committed to providing quality customer service.
This bakery does not have table service. Rather, you get served in the bakery, and then take your order into the dining room. If the order takes a moment or two to prepare, you can sit down and the server will bring it to you.
This bakery is doing everything right and is one of our favourite places to visit.
