not stroller friendly, bad customer service, mediocre food

We came with the stroller and were about to be seated as the waitress found a great table for us outside, but on our way to the table we were stopped by two people, possibly a manager and another waiter, who said that they are congested and there is no space for our stroller!!
since we were very hungry, we decided to take food with us. this was our second time at this place, first was in summer, and their food still sucks. my husband's burger ('man's burger' on their menu) was ok, mine was tasteless. I would give their food 2-3 out 5.
to me it is just strange how they manage to be so bad. great location, great style, bad food, bad customer service.will never come back.

We came to La'Bocca at 8.30pm on Saturday night. We had a reservation for 8.30 and were seated inside in about 10 min.
It took the server about 40 min to deliver our drinks. In about 20 min we got our appetizers and two people got their entrees. The others had to wait for their food until 10pm. I am not kidding. .. We waited for 1.5 hour for our food and we were so hungry and angry at the end that we just wanted to leave without paying them.. This restaurant had spoiled our vacation!
The waiter said that they are understaffed and this is what causing all the problems. But why it should be our problem??
The food was not ok. My veggies were undercooked, the snitzell was a little too spicy and dry, the steaks are terribly small ($34 for such a small steak??)
15% gratuity is included in the bill.
We paid $150 for 3 people for absolutely nothing except for a terrible service.
