First off, I get why people would want to come here. Novelty dessert that tastes better than similar products e.g. Tim Horton's donuts. It's not the worst place you could go... but it's pretty damn far from "decent". Ordered 4 puffs @ $9 (they charge extra for the "special flavors" which is just the regular thing with different icing sugar), which you figure they make a pretty good profit margin on. So what happened next?
1. Ask for a box and was told that would be an extra $0.50. Hm...
2. They also have a pretty limited selection... out of the 6 flavors they advertise, only 3 are offered. Fantastic...
3. Cash only... I gave them a fifty bill. Guess they were mad because they just handed me my overpriced donuts and didn't even say a word.
Now I know why there was no line-up.

Good ambiance but everything else is very lacking (especially the service). Slow service on a busy night is understandable but if you're not a really large party, expect to be ignored for most of the night. It took almost 20 minutes to get a server for the bill.
Food is very so-so. We had the chorizo which was dry and tasteless, the prawns were okay but at around $7 for 6 prawns felt like a ripoff. No memorable dishes. Suffice to say the food is something different but definitely not as good as other downtown restaurants.
