(3) (4) (2) (2.5)We went to Siam Thai a couple of months ago. It was our first time eating there. I ordered the green curry which was not one of my favourite experiences with curry. I found it to have a slight buttery taste?? Not something that belongs in curry. My husband ordered the Siam curry which was nothing less than fantastic. I really wish I would have ordered that instead. I love the huge bowls of rice. Perfect for 2 or 3 people. I'll go back.
My family and I will drive from Nanaimo to eat at Baan Thai. The restaurant is very crowded and the service is less than impressive. I'm not sure if it was one of the owners that seated us last time but she was rude! Plain and simple. There is a gentleman server there that always gets a great tip from us because he treats us so well. We keep going back for the food, the food is amazing. Fortunately Baan Thai is not the only thai restaurant in Victoria.
