Q Go Ramen1443 W Broadway, Vancouver
we get what we pay
Submitted Sunday, October 23, 2011 - 6:46pm [Dine in]

well.. stop bashing this place.there are some reasons why we cannot expect like a super quality ramen from this place.
first of all they are new in the business, and for me the quality of their food is quite good, not outstanding, but good. the soup base is pretty decent, and you get to choose the richness of the base as well.the pork are nce and fatty, off course for people that are watching their pounds, you can also get the lean meat.
we get to choose from some variety of soup base, miso, shio, spice, soya, and also some type of ramen, cheesy or not.the price is between 7.50-9.25, well for now they have this 30%promo for the shio based ramen.

the side dishes are quite nice, some gyozas, some teriyaki rice with some sauce.

the only bad thing i can say is the fact we have to pay more for stuffs like green onions which i think one reason i would not go back.

overall, when you dont have that much time, and want a warm bowl of okay ramen with decent price, q-go is always okay to visit.

Sushi California501A North Rd, Coquitlam
good food, but not so good service
Submitted Thursday, April 7, 2011 - 11:00pm [Dine in]

this place runs by koreans so you can expect a pretty decent sushi as korean people know how to do so.
the rolls like unagi, alaska, mango, or bc was pretty decent but what i find really good is spicy sashimi, it was very fresh and tasty.
nigiri sushi was a bit dry so i wouldnt recmmend it
the service is fast but itll take you more than 10 minutes in busy time to get your bump a seat.

pretty good pho
Submitted Thursday, April 7, 2011 - 10:57pm [Dine in]

this place is very clean, even it doesnt look like so from outside. the pho itself is very good and tasty, the value also pretty good. spring roll was crunchy and delicious.
the special thing about this place is the soup, i think it has cinnamon in it which make it a bit different.
i also notice that this place actually famous for its rice and lemon grass chicken, which i hve to say: very good!

ok place and decent value

this place is really close to my house, and since the value isnt that bad and the pho is kinda okay i sometimes just go there to eat quick. dont expect super good pho there as you will be dissapointed. its more about decent pho with an okay service, and a pretty clean place, their pho is only 5 dollars, and if you are a student, youll get 10 percent discount as well, the spring roll is not the best. if you guys go here i reccomend you the vermicille with lemon grass chicken. it was decent :D

Pho Tam Restaurant10302 135 Street, #10, Surrey
simply the best pho
Submitted Sunday, March 7, 2010 - 3:08pm [Dine in]

pho tam is a really nice place to eat as it is close to skytrain station and of course because they have this outstanding pho
i ordered combo with large bowl of rice noodle with tendon and rare beef plus spring roll.it was $8.50
i was so satisfied
the spring roll was a bit oily but so yummy with pork and veggie inside.plus their sauce gives it a huge kick.
also the pho,it has TONS of meat ,it is like endless.i am serious.
the quality of the beef was outstanding, and delicious.
but the main part for me is the broth itself, it tastes like heaven.
the place was a bit dirty and not as good, so does the service,it was pretty decent. however i came for the pho,so who cares really?
overall really nice place to eat pho with good prices as well.
deserves to be tried out

it was a really pleasant dining experience, with a reasonable prizes, i think this place is a good spot to go.
clean place,and quick service.
the waiters don't speak good english by the way,so it was confusing to order at sometimes.
the smoky bamboo with pork and chicken giblets with white chili were nice and spicy.
i recommend you to get whatever as spicy as possible.
overall good place to eat and good value as well.
