Paying $8 for a large bowl of beef/meat ball noodles only means having a bowl of over-soaked pho noodles with 2 meat balls and 2 slices of beef. IT DOESNT WORTH!
However, since there is no other noodle place closed by it, sometimes I have no choice not to go there.
Of 3 times I went, the noodles soup tastes average and the noodles are over-soaked.
1 of the time: I order the beef brisket rice noodle (w/o soup). The noodles were tasteless although the taste of the beef briskets are quite above average.
Sadly, I may go there again but will try something else.
By the way, the service is below average because (I think) they dont train the servers. E.g. When they are serving you, they dont look at you, rather, they are like thinking something else. Also, they hardly notice whether or not your tea "kettle" is empty. And one more thing I dont like is that sometimes when the server is cleaning other tables, he/she "parks" the trolley right beside me.
I am sorry for the harsh comments I leave, but they are all facts. I hope this resturant, Pho Hoa, will improve in the near future.
