I've been a big fan of Vera's for a long time. It used to be a regular stop for myself and friends for a good burger or dog. Unfortunately though it looks like they have decided to move away from being a semi-value to NOT a value at all. Although I enjoyed the food at my last visit, I didn't enjoy the excessively raised prices.
Here's an example: Lamb Burger $7.99 up to $9.99, The Organic Burger $$7.89 up to $9.99, Vera Dog $3.59 up to $4.99, Chili Cheese Dog $5.59 up to $6.99, Boylens Soda $2.50 up to $2.99.
They've also eliminated the smaller sizes of their onion rings, sweet potato fries and fries so you are forced to go for the larger size and larger price.
It was a nice while it lasted...thanks for the memories Vera, we won't be seeing you anytime soon ;(

Sen Viet is definitely worth the trip! The food is incredibly fresh, flavorful, well presented and a good value! The menu is extensive with something for everyone. I have no reservation at all in saying this is one of the best Vietnamese restaurants I have found!
We've tried a number of their dishes and have never been disappointed. Favorites include their fresh rolls in addition to their vermecelli dishes served with spring rolls and your choice of meat. Yum!
