(2.3)Altogether, food was alright, but needs serious upgrade. When sitting there, feels like you're dining at a very cheap place. Food was alright though, and the server friendly.
If they intend to stay open and make some money, they need to spend some first.
We love the food, but non-ethnic waiters are not quite friendly/professional. We recommend the management to hire more of the ethnic waiters/waitresses. Last time we were there, we didn't even feel like tipping the waitress, since she was not that attentive and very unpleasant.
The manager is quite friendly and helpful though. Too bad that he only shows up at the end of the dinner. The other ethnic servers are quite friendly and welcoming. We love this place and have been there a few times. Watch out though,they have moved from W Broadway to Granville Island. We almost missed it!
Food is good altogether, big portions, but quite average italian dinning. The servers are not very friendly, a bunch of old ladies.
Not worth lining up for it! and they don't even take reservations, so you will end up lining up in the cold and rain!!
We don't recommend this place. It's dirty and the service (waitress) was not good at all. She forgot to bring the appetizer until we finished the dinner.
The atmosphere is not pleasant at all. Not recommended!
