Our reservation was for 8:30 pm on Friday night. the service was slow servers seemed clueless except for one. took over an hour after sitting to get the appitizers calamari and sweet chili chicken which was okay. then 45 min to get the ceasar salads again okay then another hour passed to get our main course the steaks were not great the chicken was dry the vegetables may or may not have passed by a stove no one recieved coffee or tea trying to even order drinks was a joke we finally got out of there close to midnight everyone tired bored and annoyed .shame really since it's a big chain. Would not recommend or ever go back .
