Delicious!!
Submitted Tuesday, December 11, 2012 - 9:31pm [Dine in]

OK, I'll make it short and sweet and to the point: DELICIOUS food! Outstanding. We have had the butter chicken, chicken tikka, and chicken tikka masala, all incredible. The Naan bread is to die for. Homemade and authentic, and reasonably priced! A gem on the one-way in downtown Langley!! YUM

Good service, not so good food...
Submitted Tuesday, December 11, 2012 - 9:26pm [Dine in]

Went in to Choo Choo's as the Mexican place down the street was closed on Mondays (where we were intending to go that day). We were greeted warmly, service throughout the meal was friendly and efficient. I should have said something and my bad for not, but my the toast on my BLT was absolutely burned BLACK. I am shocked that it left the kitchen this way. I didn't want to complain in front of my partner, so I ate around the burned stuff and choked down a few fries, which, sadly, were very dull and flavourless. Greasy. My partner's bacon cheeseburger was good, he enjoyed it. The bill was a huge $32.00 before tip. Wow. Thanks for the nice service but it's not enough for me to go back again, sorry. I know this old gal is an institution in Langley but we won't be back.

Coza! Tuscan Grill20065 Langley Bypass, Langley
Tasty entrees, but service a little slow and sloppy
Submitted Sunday, April 29, 2012 - 8:51pm [Dine in]

Have driven by Coza a thousand times, finally decided to try it out one Sunday night. They were not overly busy and we were seated right away. As another reviewer pointed out, the service was very slow-paced... deliberate or less than competent? I still don't know. We were greeted warmly and sat for a long time with no one coming over to our table. The server finally showed up and got our drinks. The bread came quite a long time after that, and we saw our Caesar salads sit on the bar for at least 10 minutes. Anyway, when the entrees FINALLY came out, they were worth waiting for. Hubby had Chicken Picatta and I had Linguine Alfredo with pesto chicken breast added, both incredibly tasty. Sadly however, as I said the service was lacking as were were not offered fresh parm cheese for our pastas and could not for the life of me get a pasta spoon! Oh well! We finally asked the manager as he was walking by, and he hustled to get our requested items. The bill was a reasonable $39 plus tip. We will go back, and I hope the service is faster next time. Hey, just being honest.

Good meal, fair price

Only one review for this IHOP? Hmm. Anyway, went to the Langley IHOP one evening as Fox and Fiddle was completely packed. Treated to a delicious meal for 3 people, very good price, quality of food excellent. Son had something similar to a Grand Slam plus Apple Pancakes, all for $5.99. Deal-i-o!!

First time here, loved it
Submitted Tuesday, August 23, 2011 - 9:48pm [Dine in]

Having never been here before, we didn't know what to expect concerning menu, prices, atmosphere, etc. Hubby's boss goes here all the time and raves about it, so thought we'd give it a try since we were in the area. The server was polite, sweet, and knowledgable, and got our order exactly right. We ordered the fish tacos and the special of the night, short ribs with garlic mashed potatoes. The fish tacos were superb! Hubby's beef was fork tender. Such a delicious and satisfying meal, wow! All in all, great food and we would come back again.

Average to good lunch fare
Submitted Saturday, January 15, 2011 - 7:46pm [Dine in]

Took my daughter to Moxie's as I had won a $25.00 gift card at my staff Christmas party. We went on a Saturday afternoon just before 2:00 and were seated right away. Server came over and took our drink order, we looked at the menu and actually decided quite quickly what we wanted. She brought our drinks and took our order. A while later luch arrived, served to us by the manager (I saw her name tag). Overall, good fare - my side Spring Salad (instead of fries, no extra charge) was phenominal and I wished I'd ordered just a big salad! I had the beef dip - average taste, ran into a bit of grissle and that put me off, plus I was just not that hungry, I guess. Daughter had Blackened Chicken sandwich and side Caesar salad. She said it was good. I guess I just picked at my sandwich because when the manager (again!) came by to clear the table, she asked if it was OK. I said yes, and she said, "No, REALLY?" She was sincere about knowing about my lunch and why I hadn't finished it. At that moment, I knew she would have "fixed" it somehow if I'd said something. She was genuinely concerned that I hadn't eaten it all. That was enough to make me feel that she cared, and I also didn't want to complain. I honeslty was just full. Overall, a nice lunch date. Gosh, some of the servers skirts were WAYYYY short. Oh my goodness. It was awkward. I mean - really? Ooof. You have a great manager who is probably at the mercy of the chain who says the skirts have to be short. Sad indeed.

Good coffee, great food
Submitted Sunday, February 28, 2010 - 3:58pm [Dine in]

Have been coming here for years and the coffee is always great. The iced coffee is delicious. Have also eaten here a few times and the food is really delicious; their turkey on focaccia bread is amazing and yummy. The service is always cheerful, manager happy to accomodate you. However, one negative would have to be the shorter hours since the new owners took the reigns - they close extremely early in the evenings now. Perhaps they will open later in the summer - I hope so. :o)

Gone downhill in recent years
Submitted Sunday, February 28, 2010 - 3:51pm [Dine in]

Service, menu offerings, and food quality seem to have gone downhill in the years since we started coming here. The menu has been scaled back and the last two times we were unable to get the mozzarella sticks - such a shame as they were delicious.

I really just wanted to say don't go in with high expectations and you won't be disappointed. OH - IMPORTANT - the fries are "bottomless" but you have to order them in advance. The server does not submit the order for 5 minutes after you request them (probably a portion control thing) so as soon as your food arrives, ask for more fries. You may get them when you're finished your meal.

Good food, average ambiance
Submitted Tuesday, February 9, 2010 - 9:05pm [Dine in]

We have eaten here many times because it is close to our home. All but once, the food and service have been very acceptable. One very busy Saturday night, we decided to walk in but it appeared they were understaffed and/or overwhelmed with customers. My Spanokopita came to the table absolutely burned to a crisp. It should NEVER have left the kitchen that way. I was disgusted and disappointed. I ate what I could instead of making a fuss about it, but I wasn't happy.

Most of the time, the food is very good and flavourful. This restaurant is in dire need of a makeover. I keep thinking and hoping I will see "Closed for Restaurant Makeover" on the door, but not yet. ;p I hope the owners will read this and take this constructive criticism. Please consider redecorating the place; it desperately needs it. Then it would be worthy of the fine location and tasty food.

Never a bad meal here
Submitted Saturday, January 30, 2010 - 7:23pm [Dine in]

Having eaten here many times over the years, it is with pleasure that I submit this review. We have never had a bad meal at this ABC restaurant. The food is always delivered quickly, hot and fresh, and is good value for the money. Staff are friendly and approachable. Only drawback is not the restaurant's fault at all, but that you have to enter through the doors of the attached hotel, which always seems to smell of mold. Not a great first impression, but can't fault the restaurant.

The breakfast items are always wonderful. Try the eggs benedict!
