The staff at the Brentwood location are the rudest and have the worst customer service ever! Used to order take-out here regularly until they started consistently messing up my order and not even apologizing for it. Started going to the Kingsway location but wifey accidentally called the wrong restaurant this weekend. Nothing has changed and I will never go back ever again. Yes, they are super busy and probably don't care about losing a patron but seriously these people are way too high on themselves. Don't take my money and then yell at me to wait and order me to get out of your face and stand somewhere else. You could have just let me know my order wasn't ready yet even though I came later than I was told. And don't cuss me out in Korean and expect me not to understand you're bad mouthing me. What goes around comes around and I hope karma bites you in the a**!

Went to the Keg on a Saturday night because my fiancee and I had a big craving for prime rib. We were told it would be 35 minutes for a table. (usually we are not the line-up type of people) But we were willing to wait because that's how badly we wanted the prime rib. That's why we were extremely disappointed to find out after we were finally seated with drinks ordered that there was no more prime rib. This should not happen. A steakhouse should not run out of meat by 8:30pm on a Saturday night. And if it was due to some kitchen error they should at least tell you upfront before you wait 30 plus minutes for a table. At least the server was nice and felt sorry but still, it ruined our night. Having to spend $100 on a dinner you didn't really want sucks!
