Good food, can get super-busy, location is a bit dodgy

Overall the food is very flavourful. It's a really small place - maybe seating 20 max. If it's busy, that can be a problem. We waited almost 1.5 hours for our take away and we weren't the only ones waiting. At that time, there still 3 other orders ahead of us.
The guy at the front was doing his best by giving everyone free drinks and coming out with some spring rolls. But still, that was a long wait.
Price-wise, it's comparable to Little Thailand in Port Moody but still less than Chada Thai in Coquitlam.
Biggest concern is the location. It's set against car shops, mechanics and other businesses. At night, it doesn't look so safe so if you can park on Kingsway Ave., the better.

We have both dined in and taken out the food at Little Thailand. On both occasions, the food was hot and delicious. As for service, it was nothing exceptional. The server was not rude, she asked us all the appropriate questions in a timely manner but seeing how we were the only patrons there, it just wasn't memorable. I'm not asking for a show or excessive friendliness, but some jovial banter would be nice.
The only con is the portion of rice. A "large" is hardly enough for my husband and I. Even when you take away the food, the portion is still pretty small; in fact so small that we even had to make more rice at home.
The restaurant is small and the decor is alright. I would guess that it had about less than 15 tables so I can see it getting busy. But whenever we drive by, it's not busy at all.
The price is less than Chada Thai and it's closest competitor would be All Thai'd Up in Port Coquitlam.
Overall pros: delicious food, 10% off on Take Away, free parking, safe area.
