I agree with the reviews regarding the food (good), wine (good), waitresses (very good), prices (steep) but I disagree on the ambience. The ambience is just middle of the road. The good is inside with the ladies, decoration and so forth. The bad is the outside. It looks like a diner slash rv parading as a restaurant. And you charge how much? OK I will pay for the hiked dresses gladly but can't they make a more appealing building? I guess they want to be different from the Granville Island crowd but still. Keep the dresses and skirts, lower the pries and make something of the building please. Good to go.

This location of Cactus Club Cafe has the cool view from outside, the comfortable seats, the bar, the TVs and the attractive ladies. Skirts make me eat happy. Short skirts make me eat happier. The food at this location offers the standard cool modern specials and the standard fare that is the berad and butter for the hungry. What they miss at this location is the washrooms they are featuring and showcasing which is too bad. What the restaurant reallly needs to give us a break on is how they charge for condiments. A $2 burger stand offers free ketchup, relish, mustard, whatever. Cactus charges for these 'extras.' I tip extra for the beautiful service. Don't stick me up for sauce.
