I was browsing through DineHere the other day, when I happened to come across the first review for this restaurant. Being a Pitt Meadows resident, I have to admit that I did not even know this restaurant existed....it is not an area that I usually pass by.
Had a busy week so arranged to pick up the wife from the WestCoast express station, and before I went to pick her up, stopped by the restaurant to order some food for take out.
The restaurant shows nice, but simple decor, and has probably around 25 seats...a number of these were filled. I went to the counter with a menu and the owner greeted me with a friendly smile. I chatted with him a bit and found out that the place had actually been open for about 5 months.
We took home some spring rolls, grilled chicken on rice, grilled pork on vermicelli and the house special Pho'.
Let me just say that this had to have been the best Vietnamese food I have ever tasted...very rich stock in the soup and the spring rolls were incredible!
Took me a while to discover this place, but I am very glad I did.
Highly recommended!
