I'm still stunned by the absolute lack of service I just received from Dave's Take Out order taker. I must have been such a burden and inconvenience to this person that he actually made me feel bad for placing the order!!!.
Been in the industry for 17 years, most know that saying Hi and Thank-you are key pieces of letting the customer know that your business are welcomed. In this phone conversation neither was present.
In fact if I did not indicate who I was, what time I wanted to pick up the order, the phone conversation would have ended without that information!
Confidant that my order will be as requested... I'm not. No repeat was given, not even when asked...
I am disappointed that after the recent 'face' lift, that the interior is still bitter and rotten. Guess Dave's are to exempt from having a bad day.
