Was my first time to this place and the service was the absolute worst I have ever had at a sushi restaurant in my life! My girlfriend and I were seated and then left there for a solid 15 minutes before anyone came near us. We were just about to get up and leave but a waitress finally approached us. We decided to just put our full order in right away as we thought it would take forever to get our food. What I found funny was my sushi came about 1 minute after i ordered(definitely pre-made sushi). There was no way the sushi chef made it that fast. Also a couple of our items in our order were forgotten but once I told the waitress she finally brought them. I overheard the table next to us saying they had 3 things missing from there order as well.
The sushi itself was pretty good but not any better than any other place in New West I've tried. My girlfriend and I were attracted to try this place by the number of awards they have supposedly won in New West for best sushi place. I am VERY surprised they have won this many yearly awards. We will definitely stick to eating from King Sushi in New West.
