that seems to be the norm. been here several times because its close by and a save-on-foods is near, so i simply grab a 10 piece home for our dinner. and many times now, they are always missing a piece, so i get 9 instead of 10. whenever i go there now, i always ask the miserable counter people (they always seem cranky about something) to make sure there are 10 pieces, and i also keep an eye on them too...

i came online to look up the phone number for this place, and i am shocked at all the bad reviews for this place! i come here quite often, though the place is small and may be hard to secure a spot without waiting, but ive been lucky and it hasnt stopped me from returning. the service is a bit slow and minimal, but they always give me a smile and are polite. i've been to a ton of asian food places, so i am used to bad service. the service at sushi house was actually refreshing, and you must consider how busy the servers are. ive never tried take out here, so i cant judge for that, but every time im there, i see lots of people waiting for their take out orders, so i assume it wont be too bad, but the wait might be another story.
