I want to start by saying this is by far one of favorite restaurants in Vancouver.
When it first opened i was really excited that some great young industry professionals were starting a place so close to where i live.
Since then it's been a little but up and down for me, I've had wonderful experiences and a few that were almost there but stumbled in the service area.
After my last visit i can say they have worked those issues out and then some.
My girlfriends and I started with their charcuterie plate which our waitress told us was made entirely in house even the board! It was so delicious and perfectly paired with a rose. I wouldn;t have normally eaten the two together but the maitre de who checked in on us insisted and thank god he did.
We had three main courses to share and all of them were outstanding. My only small complaint was that there wasn't more of the vegetables with our short rib dish. I mentioned this and 3 minutes later an extra plate of the vegetables arrived.
We were too full for desert this time but sorry we were the deserts are to die for!
We had cocktails to finish instead (always room for drink) and as always they were just divine.
