The owners are wonderful people who make a point to remember their clientele. Our family really enjoys the food and we even enjoy going in to say hello to the owners and chat. Our favorite of course is the butter chicken and samosa, but we have had a taste of everything and it is all fresh and home made and very delicious!

Prior to my most recent experience, years ago I visited this restaurant and ordered a pasta dish. After a few bites in I discovered a strange long wire/metal piece of garbage. It took me years to even eat the pasta dish I had ordered I was so disgusted.
Not long ago I ordered some delivery, to give this place a second chance. I wish I hadn't. I ordered an Alfredo dish and some zucchini stick as well as a Caesar salad. One hour and fifteen minutes later the food still had not arrived. When I called I was assured it was just being made fresh and would be out the door very soon. Another 20 minutes passed and I called again to see if it had left. The employee said it was just leaving.
When my food finally arrived I opened it up to see the zucchini sticks were not cooked, they were stone cold. The Caesar romaine lettuce was clearly from days ago.
I dug right into the pasta dish and it was covered in pepper and tasted like dirty dish water.
I called Paliotti's and the gentlemen was quite rude and suggested I did not know how traditional Alfredo tasted, I told him it clearly was not what was delivered.
I told the gentlemen on the phone to have the food picked up and he hung up on me.
So the delivery driver eventually came back, gave me my money back but kept the tip I gave him.
