We were at a recent staff Christmas Party held at Milestone's Grill and Bar at the Inner Harbour, Victoria. Like most Christmas Party, things can get pretty busy. When the servers started serving the main course, we noticed one of our friend sitting on our table didn't have his meal. My boyfriend stood up and called one of the server to ask why he was'nt served. The server raised his voice at my boyfriend and trying to blame our friend saying he was drunk. Fifteen minutes passed when everyone had almost finished their dinner, our friend's main course had finally arrived. However, they served him the wrong order. He ordered steak but they served him a plate of salmon. Then again, my boyfriend tried to call one of the server's attention and unfortunately, that server was the one close by. My boyfriend complained saying it was the wrong order and the server began yelling at my boyfriend. The server's response was really inappropriate and uncalled for since all we were trying to do was follow up an order. We didn't want to make a scene and ruin the party so we just kept in silence. It is a very disappointing experience for us to see servers who cannot control their temper.
