nearly empty place but getting some table service impossible.
Also has country music playing, ouch.
Who wants to hear country music while they eat. Or ever for that matter.
Tonight we had dinner here.
BUT the service was so bad, I had to get up from my table to request more rice , then we were never asked if we wanted any thing else, after 40 minutes of no one coming to the table , no plates removed no drinks refilled, nothing I again had to go request the bill , once I had the bill it still took 15 minutes for some one to come collect it. We were planning on having dessert, But I really couldn't understand why we got no table service, NONE>

I buy one from the local Bakery Its 28 dollars for a cake.

Great I looked forward to having some, I went in and looked at the glass display case, lots of cakes to choose from.
I order the moocha cake as it had the fewest amount left I figured this was the most popular.
I also got a coffee. Total 8.50.
I like how the cake was presented, chocolate on the plate and whip cream. But the cake was a little dry the outside edges old and rubbery. This cake seemed like it was a few days old. What a disappointment.
I love cheesecake, I will never have a piece here again.
This place is okay. Nothing special. The food is good, the prices are okay. The service is okay. The biggest problem is that it is cold. They need to turn up the heat. It is freezing in there.Other then that an okay place to eat.
Well , Its a whitespot.
Paper thin burgers, sesame seeds in the coleslaw. french fries that taste old. All whitespots are the same. The only difference is the service. You get children running around becasue whitespot sells a pirate pack. I only go there if I am desperate.
We have been here a few times, BUT NO MORE. The last time the food was bad the service was worst, Why do these little places try to hire one or two girls to serve the whole place. We will not be back.
Well how can you go wrong at the International House of Pancakes. You get a pot of coffee on your table. the food is what you expect. The service is good, the place is very busy. You will have to wait for a table.
I went to the new location. We both ordered halibut, We both got cod. We told the waitress and she was friendly , as it is not her fault. But I wonder what kind of cook do they hire that serves cod as halibut. I will not return.
I love burgers. I can eat burgers every day.
I live very close to this place. BUT I do not go there very much. The service is very slow. The burgers are very expensive. So is the pop. The tables are dirty, and wobble. Yet for some reason this place gets voted best burger year after year in New West. But maybe there is no other new west burger house.
