bring your parking ticket to the restaurant to get stamped for free parking.
went to the lunch buffet on a week day. the assorted sushi was ok. i found the rice a bit hard. they were filling empty food items quite quickly.
i found the chinese dishes to be better. there was approximately 15 hot dishes that were pretty good for a buffet style.
the dishes are small which is good for some bad for others. i found the service was good for an all you can eat place.

good ayce

this place has a large menu compared to other ayce places. the food is decent. like many ayce places some dishes are great and some are not so good. with restaurants like this it may take a couple of visits to get the menu down and know what to order. it usually takes me two turns to figure things out. this place is one of the better ayce places. a must try.

i still like this place. it may not be as good as it once was, however if you know what to order it is still very good. they do not know how to count very well, but you can order as often as you like. i go to ayce for the food, not for the service or the ambiance. if service and scenery are your thing then this place is not for you. one of the better ayce places. worth a try.

the sashimi is very fresh
the ratio of fish to rice is perfect, not too much rice like other places. the nori is ok.
their udon is quite large and tasty. the best that i have had at ayce.
their deep fried dishes are light and crispy, very good yam tempura.
the tea that they serve is much better than most other places.
their teriyaki dishes are awesome, it comes sizzling on a hot pan, with some veggies, real nice!
i really enjoyed everthing that i ordered. other places are hit and miss with certain items, some good some bad.
for ayce lunch enthusiasts this place is a must try!!!
i like it better than tomokazu, fish on rice, i love sushi.

have been here couple of times. good experience. the food is ok, some things good, some things are just ok. i will suggest to skim the menu on the first round and then order up on the stuff you like. it is nice to see an ayce in north van. if i am in the area i will stop in for a bite. they have good selection of items to choose from.

convenient, fast, friendly. decent selection. definitely worth a try.
it is very busy at lunch time and some items sell out fast. in the evening the selection becomes limited. first come first serve. if you are in a hurry this is a good place to grab and go. there is small dining area. cafeteria style.

this place is great! sukiyaki, japanese hot pot is fantastic. fun, tasty, filling. i highly recommend this place to all. i have brought several friends here that have never had sukiyaki before and they absolutely loved it
i personally don't like fatty beef, however the beef is supposed to be fatty. referring to a previous review. the pork is much leaner.
the key is cooking time, do not over cook, some things cook faster than others. be one with the burner.
