friendly during weekends

I used to go there last year for breakfast before work, and the service was so slow and rude that I stopped. I went back with my family on Saturday for lunch during a trip to canadian tire, and we had a great experience. The service was quick considering how long the line was. There was a misunderstanding with our order (my fault) and the manager was understanding and fixed it very quickly. Even the table busser was super friendly when he was clearing a table for us. Definitely a good family place to go - much better than it was a few months ago. Funny that the last reviewer mentioned the loud owner - I think she came in at the end and was yelling at the workers too! Maybe they get paid extra for that.

This is an awesome neighborhood bistro. I went there for brunch with my mom a few months ago, and we really enjoyed ourselves. The wait staff were mature and friendly, and I love the classic look of the place. My husband and I regularly get cakes from Sweet Obsessions (the Bakery attatched) and we love it just as much.
