I've been a regular customer of this place for over 10 years now and each time I have never left feeling unhappy.
Food: Food has always been consistent in quality and taste. Whenever our family dines here, we always order three things: calamari, spring rolls, beef pho. Both the calamari and spring rolls are crispy and taste great when dipped in the sauce. The beef pho soup is tasty and hot so that we are able to cook our raw beef in it. The noodles are light and compliment the heavy taste of the broth. We have tried other items as well such as chicken/pork brochette, chicken salad rolls, deep fried banana with ice cream which all receive high marks from me.
Service: While they've had several different servers over the years, all of them were/are professional and courteous when serving my family. Even when they made mistakes such as bringing us the wrong food, they have always handled it professionally. Also, when one of my family members spilled their drink one time, they reacted quickly and got towels and made sure everything was ok.
Value: It's a bit expensive but for great food, it's worth it.
Ambiance: I've never really liked the look of the place but it feels cozy whenever I sit there. There's nothing special about the decor when eating there at lunch, but at night, the dimmed lights along with the piano definitely invokes a warm feeling.
Overall: I go for the great food. Their food has never let me down once and until it does, I will keep returning for more.
