I will have to agree. I don't post on these sites, but the owner is certainly the most self-important person I have ever met. Not only have I read it on this site, I have had this conversation with complete strangers! Get over yourself or get out of a business where you have to interact with people.

I also agree, the five star ratings below seem terribly suspect.
